Your holiday flat is ready from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure. The minimum stay is 4 days.

The holiday flats are located at Hochstraße 23. You will find parking spaces directly at the castle. Loading and unloading is possible in the inner courtyard.

Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 to 17:00. It is located in the Altes Museum building at Goetheplatz 3.

If you are unable to arrive until after 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m., please inform us in good time.

A later arrival is also possible by mutual agreement. 

All prices are per flat and night incl. breakfast buffet in the Hotel-Restaurant Alte Schule. You can book our half board (3-course menu) for € 29 per person and day. Please note: Our restaurant is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5 pm and on Sundays from 11 am. Wednesday and Thursday are closing days.

We are happy to provide you with an extra bed for an extra charge of € 30 per person per night.

The town of Bad Berleburg charges a visitor's tax of € 1.70 per person per night from the age of 18. This is payable on departure.

Please settle your bill in cash, by EC card or MasterCard/VISA. It is also possible to transfer the total amount up to 1 week before arrival.

We are happy to provide a baby crib on request. Children from 3 years stay free of charge in the parents' bed.

In type A, B and C apartments there is a 1.30 x 2 m sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate larger children.

All holiday flats have their own bathroom and kitchenette. Type B and type D have an open loft-like floor plan, combining sleeping, living, dining and cooking areas in one room. If you would like a separate bedroom in your holiday flat, please select "Type A/C". In the 3D tours you can get an idea of the flat layout.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave incl. grill and hot air function, fridge with freezer function, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and crockery.

In type A, B and C flats there is a 1.30 x 2 m sofa bed in the living room. We are happy to provide a baby cot on request.

The building has a bicycle cellar.

A lift is not available. The holiday flats are not wheelchair accessible.

In our holiday flats you can use our free WLAN.

The price includes breakfast in the Hotel-Restaurant Alte Schule, bed linen and towels, electricity and water as well as final cleaning. For longer stays, we clean the holiday flat once a week. Additional cleaning is possible on request for a fee of € 50.

The use of our in-house parking spaces is free of charge for all guests.

Holidaying with a dog is possible in holiday flat type A and C for an extra charge of € 15 per night.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in parts of our restaurant.

Please indicate that you are travelling with a dog when booking. You can find more information about holidays with dogs here.

We are happy to accommodate your allergies within the scope of our possibilities and provide bedding suitable for allergies. Dogs are only allowed in our four courtyard rooms and in parts of the restaurant.

If you have food intolerances or a special diet, please let us know in good time so that we can adapt to your needs

Our entire hotel building, including all rooms and holiday flats, is a non-smoking area! In case of non-compliance, you will incur costs for additional cleaning as well as possible losses in the subsequent rental of the room.

Are you traveling with an electric car? Then you will be pleased to know that you can conveniently charge your car directly at the hotel: On our parking lot behind the main house Alte Schule you will find 2 green electricity charging stations.

Billing is based on consumption at 39 cents/kWh. On a trust basis, i.e. you read the charged electricity on your display and inform our reception of the kW number, so that they book the same on your room bill.

You are welcome to inform us of your "charging request" at the time of booking, so that we can reserve appropriate time slots when several guests with e-cars are vacationing with us.
